Course Synopsis
This half day course is a whistle stop tour in providing perfect client care. The course will be beneficial to all veterinary staff, and will include lectures on telephone skills, the practice waiting room and dealing with difficult clients. Effective methods of promoting veterinary products and services will also be covered, along with a workshop on how to promote the practice in general.
