Tracy qualified as a nurse in 1994 at Bicton College having worked in a large Cornish mixed practice for several years.  She then left the veterinary world for a few years to work as a company administrator, after which she returned to practice as a practice manager for the following five years.  In 2004 she gained her CVPM and joined the Vets4Pets support team.  In 2007, she opened her own Vets4Pets practice in Redditch as a VN partner.  Tracy has been a trustee for the RCVS Trust since 2005.
