Molly qualified from the RVC in 1992 and after working in London moved to Guelph in Canada where she developed an interest in exotic animals.  She moved back to the UK and gained the RCVS certificate in Zoological Medicine in 2001, and subsequently the RCVS Diploma in 2007.  Molly has contributed to many exotic textbooks, including BSAVA manuals and Blackwells  textbook of Rabbits, Ferrets and Exotic Mammals due to be published.  She is an experienced lecturer, giving courses for the RSPCA, regional BSAVA and BVNA congresses.  Molly moved to Cheshire Pet Medical Centre in 2009 to establish a first opinion and referral exotics centre.
